USB OTG File Manager Trial 2.12

This is the free trial version of USB OTG File Manager for Nexus. You can test all functions on your USB device except the file copy and the file opening which have been disabled.

USB OTG File Manager for Nexus enables you to access and manage files from any USB mass storage device with a FAT32 or NTFS filesystem through the USB OTG port of your device, tablet, or phone.

With a FAT32 filesystem, you can copy files to any USB mass storage device and perform file management tasks such as editing filenames, adding directories, and deleting files. Additionally, you can manage files in the internal memory of your device.

This application has been specifically tailored for Nexus products featuring a USB "OnTheGo" port like Nexus 5, Nexus 7, Nexus 10, Nexus 6, and Nexus 9. However, it may also function on any device equipped with a USB OTG port running Android 4.0 or later, including the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop release.

Root privileges are NOT required for operation!

Currently, the application supports data read and write operations for the FAT32 filesystem while providing data read support only for NTFS filesystem. You can utilize USB sticks or SD card readers with any compatible USB OTG cable.

You can now play playlists (m3u and m3u8 files) as well as multiple audio files (mp3, aac, m4a, flac, ogg, and wav files) simultaneously from your USB OTG mass storage device. To enable this feature, you'll need to install my new app Simple Music Player available in two versions:

USB OTG File Manager for Nexus offers direct access to your files stored on your USB device through compatible apps. For audio and video playback, VLC is recommended.

The new Network Access authorization is solely intended for local use to facilitate file access. The app never transmits or receives data over the Internet.

USB OTG File Manager for Nexus supports devices with multiple logical units (e.g., a GPS with internal memory and an additional SD card) allowing you to select the desired logical unit for access.

The app now introduces an "Advanced Mode" granting users access to all device files. This advanced functionality permits creating files and directories outside of the standard Android public directories but is recommended for advanced users only.
